No, and that means we’ve no reason to push you toward a new one. We make the printer you already own work properly. If a printer truly is beyond help, we’ll tell you honestly and point you to a good replacement.
Can you fix it remotely?
Often, yes. Many connection, driver, and “offline” problems we can solve in a quick remote session. When it’s the printer’s own settings or hardware, we’ll come to you or have you bring it in.
Can you set up printing for a whole office or family?
Yes. We set up shared and network printing so everyone prints to the same printer reliably, with the right access, a common need for both small offices and busy households.
